Best banh mi in town. Love their fried bananas, matcha latte and Vietnamese coffee. It’s so delicious. My husband and I come here often since the service is so fast. The cashier is always so helpful and nice. Customer service here is spectacular and top notch.

Kim Anh is one of my go-to spots, especially for bubble tea. Their ube coffee is always consistently good, which I really appreciate. I also love that they’re able to adjust both the sweetness level and ice level to your preference. Their banh mi are also really good. Honestly, they’re among the better banh mi options in Charlotte, and one of the few spots I’d confidently recommend. Great drinks, great food, and consistently solid quality.

This is definitely the best bánh mì spot in town! We tried the bánh mì, bột chiên, cơm sườn, bún thịt nướng, milk tea, and ube coffee — everything was absolutely delicious, 10/10. Highly recommend! The customer service is also excellent.
